Dominic C. Marchionda Joins Premier Team at Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group

Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group announced today the addition of Dominic C. Marchionda to their team of commercial real estate ambassadors. Marchionda brings a dynamic pedigree of expertise in Mahoning Valley real estate to Burgan Friedkin’s rapidly expanding team in the area.

“In real estate, the names of Burgan and Friedkin are two staples in the industry for over 40 years,” said Lisa Resnick, Managing Broker of Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group. “To add Dominic C. Marchionda, as another pedigree with that same amount of expertise in the Mahoning Valley to our expanding team, elevates our team and knowledge for our clients above everyone else.”

Marchionda’s passion for Real Estate is rooted in his grandfather and father’s building, property management, and development expertise and their history of success in The Valley over the last 40 years. He first obtained his real estate license in 2018 and joins the team after working in commercial real estate for the last three years. A native of Poland, Ohio, Marchionda holds dual master’s degrees from The Ohio State University in City & Regional Planning and Public Affairs, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from John Carroll University. He currently leads External Affairs and Strategic Initiatives for Youngstown State University’s Division of Workforce Innovation and Education and has been a part of the University since 2014.

“I have been a part of watching and helping my family work to bolster the economic competitiveness and quality of life for the Mahoning Valley since I was young,” said Marchionda, the third-generation real estate professional. “To now join Burgan Friedkin in a capacity where I can help continue retail and attract talent and business to the area as part of the Burgan Friedkin team is an exciting opportunity to sustain the legacy of our families and strengthen the future of our community for another 40 + years.”
